  • Delivery Timeframe: Shvana assures delivery of pet essentials and pet pharmacy items within 4 hours from the time of making a successful order.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet this delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other external factors may occasionally cause delays. In the event of a significant delay, Shvana will inform you promptly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Third-Party Delivery

  • Local Vendor Fulfillment: The delivery of your order is fulfilled by a local vendor, which is an independent third party. Although the packaging may bear the Shvana brand, the delivery service is not directly managed by Shvana.
  • Disclaimer: Shvana should not be presumed to be the direct delivery service provider. Any issues related to delivery, such as incorrect packages, delayed delivery, or expired products, are the responsibility of the local vendor.

4. Liability and Claims

  • Hold Harmless: By using our services, you agree to hold Shvana harmless for any issues arising from incorrect package delivery, expired products, or any other discrepancies in the order fulfillment. The local vendor is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your order.
  • Raising a Concern: In case you receive an incorrect or expired product, or if there are any other issues with your order, you may raise a concern by writing to Shvana at support@shvana.in. Shvana will work with the local vendor to address your concern, and the product can be replaced upon verification.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Product Replacement: If your concern is validated, Shvana will arrange for the replacement of the incorrect or expired product. The replacement will be processed as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
