Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Purchase Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which both customers and vendors ("Users") of Shvana can cancel their purchases and request refunds. By subscribing to Shvana's services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Right to Cancel

Users may cancel their purchase at any time by sending an email request to Shvana’s support team at support@shvana.in. The cancellation will take effect immediately upon receipt and processing of the email by our support team.

3. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund Eligibility: Users, whether customers or vendors, are eligible for a full refund only if they cancel their purchase within 5 minutes of making the payment.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: If the cancellation request is received after 5 minutes of the payment, no refund will be provided. The purchase fee already charged is considered final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Process

To initiate the cancellation, Users must send an email to support@shvana.in with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Purchase plan
  • Payment reference number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

The cancellation request will be processed immediately upon receipt of the email. Users will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.

5. Effect of Cancellation

  • For Customers: Upon cancellation, access to the purchase-based services and content provided by Shvana will be terminated. Any ongoing benefits or services tied to the purchase will cease immediately.
  • For Vendors: Upon cancellation, access to purchase-based features, such as premium support or featured listings, will be terminated. Any ongoing sales or listings will also be discontinued immediately.

6. No Further Charges

After cancellation, Users will not incur any further purchase fees. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 5-minute window for refunds, the initial payment will remain non-refundable.

7. Re-Purchase

Users who wish to re-purchase their services after cancellation can do so by re-purchasing again through the Shvana platform. Re-purchase will be subject to the current terms and pricing at the time of re-purchase.
